Hair Testing
Hair testing for drugs of abuse is the only drug testing method available that provides up to a 90-day drug use history.
Hair testing can also detect amphetamines (amphetamine, methamphetamine, MDMA and MDA), opiates (codeine, morphine and 6-monoacetylmorphine) or “expanded” opiates (which includes semi-synthetic opiates), cocaine (and cocaine metabolites), marijuana metabolite (THC carboxylic acid metabolite), and PCP (phencyclidine)
.
We offer 5 panel & 10 panel hair test
Urine Testing
DOT drug testing is federally mandated for any safety-sensitive employees in roles that are regulated by the Department of Transportation.
Our standard 5 panel DOT drug screen looks for the most commonly found drugs in the workplace; amphetamines, cocaine, marijuana (THC), methamphetamines, PCP (Phencyclidine), and opioids.
Currently, the DOT’s only accepted method for drug testing is the urine test.
The Federal Motor Carriers Safety Association and the US Coast Guard now require random testing to include at least 50% of your employee pool (up from 25% in 2019), in addition to pre-employment, post-accident, reasonable cause/reasonable suspicion, and return to duty drug testing.
Alcohol Testing
PSC Diagnostics provides instant saliva alcohol screening & breath analyzer testing,
A breath alcohol test, commonly called a “breathalyzer” or a “BAT,” is an instant screening that determines precisely how much alcohol a person has in their breath.

Breath alcohol testing has become the most popular method to detect if someone is intoxicated, and is widely used by employers, required by DOT, and administered by law enforcement.
PSC Diagnostics provides instant saliva alcohol screening & breath analyzer testing,
Nail Testing
Nail drug testing is usually performed when hair testing cannot occur due to a lack of sufficient hair or in cases where a history of use is suspected,
Drug and alcohol biomarkers may be detectable in fingernails for up to approximately 3-6 months.
Environmental exposure to illicit substances can be detected immediately in nail samples. When drugs or alcohol are ingested, biomarkers can be found in nails as early as 1-2 weeks after.

Nail drug testing has been used successfully in legal proceedings.

We offfer 5 panel - 10 panel nail test.
Saliva Testing
A mouth swab drug test is a screening test used to detect substance use. It’s also referred to as a saliva drug test or oral fluids drug test.

The mouth swab drug test is the least invasive method of drug testing. No needle pokes or peeing in a cup required.
Depending on the drug used, dose, and route of administration, a drug may be detected in oral fluid in less than one hour and remain detectable for five up to 48 hours after last use.
